About

I’m a senior account solution architect at Red Hat, working with ecosystem partners to help them drive business outcomes with Red Hat’s portfolio and Open Source at scale. I have over three decades of client facing experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, software and sales engineering roles – view my LinkedIn profile for more details of what I’ve done during my long career 💾.

I’m a certified Open Group TOGAF Enterprise Architect, a Chartered Engineer, and member of the BCS in the UK, a technical author and presenter with a track record of innovation, including many patent disclosures.

I’m active in a number of open source areas and follow SwiftVapor – Serverside Swift , containers, virtualisation and Developer Portals 👨🏻‍💻.

Outside work, I support my home town football club Morecambe FC 🦐, also a life long  West Ham Utd fan ⚒️ (long story).

My other interests include reading 📚, parapsychology 👻, I’m also a steering group member of the BCS Open Source Special Interest Group and BCS Kent.
